  Mont Ventoux - Climbing the Mont Ventoux (1,909m) is a challenge for well-trained riders. This legendary mountain, the 'Giant of the Provence', lies in Provence in France. The film offers two ascents. The start is at the east side of the picturesque little village of Sault. You cycle past vineyards, through woods with oak trees, pines and elms to reach the misty top via the famous lunar landscape. After a lightning fast descent, you will arrive at the ancient village of Malaucéne.

• The second climb starts to the west of the Mont Ventoux, with various steep sections
